Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products refunds, returns and/or exchanges are not permitted. For items received damaged or incorrect please email us at hello@chemixtrycosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the product. Melted items do not qualify as damaged products therefore, we recommend making plans to collect your package immediately upon arrival to avoid excessive sun or heat exposure during warm weather.
