What if my package is lost or stolen?

Chemixtry Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We encourage you to contact your local mail carrier.

Can I change or cancel an order after it’s been processed? 

Once your order is submitted and processed no additional updates or cancellations can be made.

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we are unable to ship outside the US.

Workshops/Events:

Will I receive a refund if I need to cancel a workshop once it has already been booked?

We do not issue refunds; however, you can always reschedule any of our events if it’s within 30 days of booking.
